this tax incentive is designed to encourage private funding for the arts.<\/p><p>Furthermore, the Region of Tuscany has made the scheme more attractive by stipulating that Tuscan donors are entitled to an IRAP tax credit (regional tax on productive activities).<\/p><p>The tax credit is available to: business owners, up to a limit of 5 per thousand of annual turnover, and to individuals and non-commercial entities, up to a limit of 15 per cent of taxable income;
